Orders and payment

You can pay by card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack. Pay on delivery is available in selected locations at checkout.

Your order number is emailed immediately after checkout and looks like AKE-20260808-00001. Use it on the Track Order page.

Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on your state and the delivery method you choose — the estimate is shown before you pay.

You will receive status updates as your order is processed, packed, shipped and delivered.

Returns and refunds

Returns must be raised within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. First email customer support at Costumersupportempire@gmail.com with your order number and complaint — do not ship anything back before we reply.

Any request made after 48 hours of delivery is non-refundable.

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
